Come join us for an evening of good food, fun and socializing with fellow cachers!
Everyone is welcome to the potluck supper!! - newbies, oldies, out-of-towners, wannabes, children, spouses - all are welcome! Please log how many will be in your party and if there are any children. This is a great opportunity to meet other geocachers and share your caching stories and experiences. There will also be some door prizes!
Christmas Feast: If you could please post what you are bringing in your log, so others will know what is needed! Please bring what you wish to quench your thirst. We will provide plates, cups, cutlery and napkins, as well as coffee and tea!
Games and Gift Exchange: There will be a couple of games as well as a Gift Exchange. If you wish to participate in the Gift Exchange please bring a wrapped gift in the $10-$15 range, with a geocaching theme. Each individual person who would like to participate in the gift exchange needs to bring a gift (ie: a family of 4 would bring 4 gifts).
Volunteers Gratefully Appreciated: The facility is a spacious room with a kitchen equipped with stove, fridge, microwave - everything! We need assistance with setup and cleanup - it goes so much faster with more hands! Please indicate in your log if you can help with this.
Additional Parking:There is additional parking in the back of the building at N 50° 26.295 W 104° 36.253. To access this area, there is an alley by the SGEU building (across from Independent gas bar) or an alley off Broad St. just north of the Canadian Blood Services building.
Prize Donations: We are also looking for prize donations for the games and door prizes. We would appreciate anything you would care to donate and donations can be dropped off at Ma and Pa B's (near GC4X2T5). Thank you in advance!!
