First of at least two caches designed to bring you to a small conservation area that only residents of the neighborhood seem to know. Tweezers suggested and a pen required.
We knew it was past time for us to place a couple of caches. We decided to start close to home to keep a good eye on these first ones. Holt's Grove is an interesting piece of land in a residential neighborhood. This first cache should introduce you to the area sufficiently to entice you to walk the loop - and find our other caches (once they are placed) in the area. Difficulty is partially due to potential muggles certain times of the day - please be aware of your surroundings. Watch out for poison ivy, especially this time of year. Parking is available at the high school evenings and weekends and on a nearby side street other times.
