GAG25 - The Fathers of..... Mystery Cache

This cache was placed with the intention of being found for the GAG25 Event, which starts Friday October 13th at 1800 hrs  when cachers celebrating our 25th GAG event will start the search. Finders claiming a find before then will be subject to ridicule and derision.

Model12 did a fine job of photoshopping this year's GAG image, but can you recognize the people in this famous painting?

To solve this puzzle you need to identify the "Father of Confederation" who is represented by Bluelamb03, the one represented by Mr. Packrat and the one with Model12's face attached. I picked the easy ones, trust me.....  Once you've identified the historical figure digital root their last name only and then perform the following calculation:

The cache is at N45 23.ABC W075 40.DEF where:

A = Mr. Packrat
B = Bluelamb03 + Model12
C = Bluelamb03 + Mr. Packrat

D = Mr. Packrat
E = Mr. Packrat + Model12
F = (Model12 X 2) + Bluelamb03
