This cache is placed to honor Glenn Higgins (1956-2017), who worked at the highway dept. almost 40 years. He was a great friend, husband, father and employee. He will be missed by everyone who knew him. The cache is placed with the permission of the Huron County Highway Dept. engineer.
Parking is located next to the cache. The cache is located on the outside of the fence.
