A flat walk from the tourist roadside informational signs at the tailings beside highway 3 near Moyie.
Cache is in a large white commercial sized ice cream bucket.
Original contents: Castlegar pin, toy motorcycle, tennis travel game, utility knife, white teddy bear, book - "Elephant Family" by Jane Goodall, Bugs Bunny Little Book, an elegant wooden fan, Angel cake recipe with bookmark, Toastmaster Magazine.
In 1893 a large, rich galena outcrop was found above in these hills. The mine that resulted led to the development of the Crowsnest Pass Railroad.
