Geocache Description:

This is an easy, fun park and grab. Located behind a strip mall with minimal muggles. Drive, walk or bike to the cache.

This elusive, or maybe not, cache is the last of my 2017 Halloween theme caches. You will find this goblin tucked just out of sight. It's possible you may hear IT, before you have your hands on IT. Log is attached to IT as best the spook would permit. So, please try to replace it as firmly as you can.
