Gemini 3 Traditional Cache

A local experienced Cacher had told me that the Geocache status in Mobile is presently stagnant.  In an effort to jump-start things, I devised a little game:  a Series of Caches hidden in pairs —- Gemini, get it? —- where one is THE Cache searched for and the SECOND is for the FTF (or STF, or TTF when forfeited) to take, adopt and hide as their own.  It has a Blank Log and is ready to go.

Rules for grabbing the To-Be-Adopted Cache, if it's still there when you get there, are simple.

No keeping:  if you don't want to hide it, then don t take it, forfeit it.  It's neither a Trophy nor a Keepsake.

No hogging:  if you've already taken one from a previous hide in the Series, forfeit it.  Share and share alike.

No slacking:  if you take it, hide it and submit within a week.  Own up.

No mysteries:  if you take it, or forfeit it, please state so in your Log so the next Cacher, and I, know.

This Hide will take you to the Helen Wood Park on the Mobile Bay Waterfront, adjacent to the Dog River Bridge.  This area is favored by those who like eating their lunch on the hood/roof of their cars watching the water and ships.

THE CACHE IS  NOT IN THE PARK.

Climate change has caused the Weather to wreck havoc on the Park.  After being rebuilt after a previous Burricane, yet another has done the Park.  It is presently closed and it's fate unknown.

You are looking for a inch diameter cylindrical Cache.  Make that two, if the To-Be-Adopted Cache is there.
