The pool of arches was built in 789 during the Abbasid era, an impressive architecture example that survived the centuries
It is an underground water reservoir that can be entered through a gate, you can navigate a boat in the water for a fee
i entered the site free, but it is possible you will be asked a cheap fee for entering

Cache location is across the street from the site, in Hagana garden. Find the semi circled rocks, cache is behind a loose stone
