Geocache Description:

Number 960 in a series of caches where a red telephone box is in close proximity to a post box.

The only rules are that they have to be able to be photographed together, be not more than 100’ apart and the phone boxes have to be red.

Interested in both town and country caching? This is cache 12 of a group of 12 caches set by rosela in Wallingford with the final locations in a rural area a short drive away.

Information needed for calculating each cache’s final location needs to be collected in Wallingford town centre. All the physical caches are out of the centre of Wallingford (within 2miles of given coordinates) in a more rural setting affording great views of South Oxfordshire. They can be collected together in a walk of around 2.5-3 miles. As such, these caches are not suitable for cache and dash seekers.

Parking waypoints for Wallingford and a layby suitable for 2 (maybe 3) cars useful for collecting the caches are included on CM11201 Mary-le-More GC7D0RH .

Using the following information the cache can be found at N51 3(J-C).(E+K)(H*L)J W001 FJ.DA(G/L)

The post box number is "OX"ABCDEF"D" and the phone number is 01491 GHJKLM

As a checksum, the sum of all digits is 44.

The A Fine Pair series was originally started by wizardsmum but is now managed by mattd2k
