Victoria Mills is a grade II listed building situated on the south side of Sovereign Street. The red brick built mill on four and five storeys dates from 1836 when it was an oil and dye works.
In 1989 an application for demolition was refused by the council and the building was restored in the early 1990s when the entire waterfront was undergoing redevelopment. Part of the mill is now a restaurant.
The cache was placed on quiet sunday morning, with very few people around. However, the area is a very popular location of Leeds and at times will be bursting with muggles, plus, there are cctv cameras in the area, so who knows who may be watching you!
