This bird often crows "Why a mutli?  Why not just a traditional?"

My reply is - often you can't practically place a container near and interesting spot or there's a sign you'd like people to read.  IN this case it is both a sign and a great spot, but not one that lends itself to a cache plaement.

At the spot you will find a sign.

On the sign there's a mileage figure  ABC miles.

D = the # of boats in the 2 photographs (barges + tugboats) 

E = the number of states that show up in their entirety (not cropped)  For instanance WV, PA, and Virginia are cropped.
