Matkallasi voit viettää pienen tauon tällä paikalla. Autolle on mukavasti pysäköintitilaa ja jos sää sallii voit vaikka pulahtaa pienelle uinnille Vahanka-järveen. Myös matkailuautolla ainakin mahtuu yöpymään ja kunnan kierrätyspisteeseen voi kierrättää roskat.
Ehkä tunnetuin Vahankalainen on kansainvälisestikin tunnettu ja tunnustettu muotoilija Harri Koskinen, mutta myös nuorempaa polvea muotoilija/taitelijoita on seutu kasvattanut ja näistä esimerkkinä Saija Lehtonen.
Huomaathan, että lähellä kätköä on myös yksityinen kesämökki, etkä mene liian lähelle pihapiiriä.

This is a perfect place for a stop on your travels. There is a small parking place for your car and if the weather is good you can dip in for a swim in Lake Vahanka. It is also possible to stay over night with a camper on this parking place, which also affers recycling containers for dry waste for you to use.
Desiger Harri Koskinen might be the most famous of all the people from Vahanka. There are also younger designers/artist originally from the area. One of them is Saija Lehtonen.
