In my class, I like to teach chemistry in as many ways as possible. A classroom favorite is an interactive activity I call RECIPE TIME! I take the ingredients of a common packaged food product and discuss the chemistry of each molecule. As more and more ingredients are revealed, my students try to guess the food.
