This cache has been disabled for an extended period of time. Due to the lack of response toward the needed maintenance since our last contact, I am archiving the cache. According to direction received from HQ caches that were archived for maintenance reasons will not be unarchived.

Geocache Description:

One more cache on my way to total St.Vital Park caching domination. Muaa ha ha ha ha! Sorry my evil laugh sounds better in person. Actually it is really nice having most of my caches in walking distance for maintenance purposes. I know the urge to hide caches everywhere is strong but sometimes we forget these things need maintenance. Best to have them close to home.

This has been updated to a nano cache that will no longer be winter friendly, but might be winter findable depending on the amount of snow. This area is perfect for stinging nettle so pants would be advisable. I've also removed the kid friendly attribute because of the proximity to the river and the nasty foliage. This would be perfect for a caching day in the park. Lots of nearby parking on the road or in the two parking lots. If you park in the duck (goose?) pond parking lot all the caches are within walking distance. Just remember the park closes at 10PM.
