When we first moved to the area we didn't even notice a spelling error on in our neighborhood. After 6 months, we noticed that the sign to our neighborhood is spelled CAPETOWNE but the street sign just next to it is spelled CAPETOWN with no E. There are several street signs for Capetowne Road, but only one spelled without an E at the end. Find the sign without the E and you are in the area for the cache. The coordinates should take you close to the main street but off the sidewalk. The street is busy and the sidewalk has many runners, so watch out for muggles.
The cache is a camouflage pill bottle with a log and pencil, but you wood not believe what it's hidden in.
