Mt. Vernon Cemetery "Memorial" Mystery Cache

I visited ths cemetery and I thought the "Memorial" here was very ineresting. I decided it would be a fun puzzle. You will need to be at the posted coordinates to work the puzzle.

The cemetery is on McCanse road and adjoins the Spirit of 76 park. You have a nice view of the whole area when standing near the "Memorial". I hope you enjoy the area and the puzzle. Memorial terrain is 1.5. Final location terrain is 2.5. BYOP and a sense of adventure! Have FUN!!!
