Griffith Letterbox Scramble
Part 1
Welcome to downtown Griffith. Over the last several years downtown Griffith has really grown into a great place to hang out, shop, grab a drink and eat. There are a lot of newer vibrant businesses that have given this small downtown area a great feel.
To complete this letterbox you're going to have to identify the location of several photos taken downtown. For each photo there is a corresponding question. Once you locate where the photo was taken , answer the corresponding question to get your first answer. NOTE: this answer will not be a sensical word, so you will not be able to brute force the legwork. Also, at least one of the corresponding pictures is found in Area A on the map, Area B will have the ones you do not find in Area A. The posted coordinates are in Area B and there is a waypoint below for Area A. Maps highlighting both areas are also below.

Part 2
For each question you answer there is a designated letter on the answer sheet. For example, the designated letter for Question A is the fourth letter from the left. After you answer each question you should have 14 letters total, one for each question/photo.
Now comes the scramble.
First you will have to ROT11 those fourteen letters you identified in Part 1, giving you 14 new letters.
Next, you will have to unscramble these new letters to form three words that give you a generalized location of the cache and that you will use to get the exact coordinates.
Enter those three words (without spaces, punctuation or capital letters) into the checker below for the exact coordinates. To ensure they are in the correct order I will give you a hint: the first word starts with M, the second F, the third P.

The inspiration for this cache came from two letterbox scrambles created by MrBasilisk.
