You are looking for a clear waterproof lock and lock container.  It is placed in a managed hunting area so please wear orange or bright colors when looking for the cache.

You thought there were only 3 wise men, but if you read the Bible, the number is never stated.  We always assume it's 3 because of the number of gifts they brought.  This one is placed where there are 4 old wise men.  When you near the location, you will know why we chose this name.  

There is a nice parking area off Bunker Hill Road at Hunting Area B.  After you finish locating this cache, continue down the road to a large parking area where you will find a beautiful section of Gunpowder Falls State Park and more geocaches.  Please place the geocache back exactly as you found it to keep animals or non-geocachers finding it accidentally.  You will notice some pieces of structures nearby so please be mindful of that while searching.
