Geocache Description:

Welcome to the Oak Ridges "Challenge" Trail.


This section of the Oak Ridge Trail (ORT) has a series of challenge caches covering a 3 km section from Lakeridge Rd (Durham 23) to Ashburn Rd and will take hikers through a lovely section of wooded forest, past wetlands and open meadow that make up the Oak Ridges Moraine. The Oak Ridges Moraine stretches for over 160 kilometers north of the GTA and is the source of 65 major streams or rivers, providing clean drinking water to over a quarter of a million people who live on the moraine.

The cache is at the posted coordinates.

In order to qualify for this challenge you will need to mostly fill your Difficulty/Terrain grid. The D5 row and the T5 column are optional, but you need to have found at least of one of each D/T combination for each other square in the grid.
