The cache is not at the posted coordinates! Once you have the parking coordinates to Capt. Bob's easier parking spot, add this offset to find the cache: N+.005 W+.009.
You will need a somewhat high clearance, probably all wheel drive vehicle to drive to the easier parking spot. The road in is unmarked but is a Green Mountain National Forest access point. It is not a driveway though it does pass near the back of a house. Access to the Green Mountain National Forest on this road is allowed.
The unmarked road leaves Route 9 at N42 52.326 W072 56.113, the waypoint is noted. If hiking expect about a mile walk. If doing so, park carefully without blocking the road. The road is not plowed in winter and the cache is not winter friendly (though potentially findable in small amounts of snow).
