Needless to say, geocachers won't need to travel down the tracks to get to this cache: it can be accessed from from the sidewalk.
The cache was something I designed with a plastic molding kit. It should be an easy find, although hopefully not noticeable by muggles due to the shape of the container and its location. Let me know if the cache needs maintenance, the log book is very small and may need to be replaced every few months.
Parking, if needed, might be tricky. My advice would be to park on Boss Street or on Means Street. From there you can walk to the cache in a few minutes.
