About the Cache

Please remember to take a 9V battery with you.

This Cache is based on the 1978 game Simon. You must play the games to unlock the cache and sign the logbook. If you haven’t signed the log book you find will be removed. 

The padlock code is 2212.

Use the code to unlock the pad lock then follow the instruction on the inside of the door. Once you get it right 8 times in a row the lower door will unlock.

This cache uses a micro-controller and custom circuitry. It is fairly sturdy, but PLEASE BE GENTLE! Look at the hint if you have problems. You do not need to mess with the keyhole—that is there for maintenance of the electronics and does not access the cache container.

After you've signed the log and traded swag, put the cache container back inside and close the bottom door - it should click and stay shut. The only way to reopen this door is the replay the game. Please make sure you remove your batteries and that the front door is shut securely, latched, and locked when you leave.

Despite the name when placed I have left a few batteries in the Cache Just in case but please try and bring your own.
