Ole Oleson, a farmer, immigrated from Sweden in the late 1800's. He found Raleigh Hills and it looked just like the countryside in Sweden. He bought a homestead there and built a home. Some of the old farmstead is now Alpenrose dairy. The old house is now on the historic register. The house now sits at the corner of SW Oleson and SW Terri Ct.
