About the Container
You are looking for a brown cylindrical container. There is room for small travel bugs and trade items. Please bring your own pen.
About the Location
The container is hidden in a stone wall next to the foot path. It should be findable with some snow on the ground. Watch your footing on the slope if the conditions are muddy or icy. You shouldn't have to feel around. You'll be able to see the container before you reach for it. Keep an eye out for wasps. The spaces in between some of these stones would be attractive places for them to build nests.
The path leads from North Avenue right down to the river. There is free two-hour street parking nearby on Cambridge Avenue if you can find an open spot.
You'll be out in the open while you hunt for this one. I haven't noticed too many muggles in the area when I've visited, but it probably depends on the day. There is always trash on the ground right here, so one strategy is to bring a garbage bag and busy yourself picking up trash until no one is looking. As always, should you be caught, the Secretary will disavow any knowledge of your actions.
About the Spy Gear
James Bond used a rocket-firing cigarette in the 1967 film You Only Live Twice. The rockets were accurate up to thirty yards and came in especially handy if you needed to fight your way out of a super villain's volcano fortress.
