The whiner is an odd bird heard to call "why isn't this a traditional"  or "why do I have to read the signs".

The posted coordinates bring you to a sign.  Clues from it will bring you to the final cache.

Sign: Building the fort wall.

It is estimated the wall was built in YZ0  AD

B = the # of baskets shown on the sign

X = the # of people pouring dirt on top of the wall

A = Y+Z

The final is at:

N39 07.0AB W84 48.8XY

Sum check  A+B+X+Y = 18

Hint:

Hidden in a 3 foot diameter stump that is 8 feet tall 5 feet off the trail.  You can access the cache from the bottom east side.
