All you will find there is a related building which you do not need to visit.
First, you need to solve the puzzle below:

The puzzle will lead you to stage 1.
At stage 1 you need to find the local unique identifier on the item that you see there. This is in plain view, there is no need to touch or disturb anything. It is in two parts and the second part is made up of 2 digits followed by a letter. Ignore the letter and call the two digit number "A"
The final cache can be found A*6 (your two digit number multiplied by six) meters away. To help narrow it down, you will need to make your way approximately NW of the stage 1 coordinates using the public right of way. When you reach the correct distance the cache is 5 foot up on the left hand side. You do not need to leave the right of way at any point.
As always, please ensure that the cache is replaced and hidden securely as found.
As this is a letterbox cache there is a stamp and ink pad in the container. Please do NOT remove these.
