I enjoy walking through this park often and always admire the size of some of the trees. Many show signs of trauma from the past but are still growing, and some are even thriving. It's a good lesson for all of us, too.
I wanted to place a cache here so others can also enjoy the area. You don't have to step too far from parking to reach GZ and at the correct angle you should be able to see the black bison. Be aware of muggles; some times are busier than others.
Tweezers will be very helpful.
UPDATE: 6/27/19 — You can no longer see the black bison but it’s below your knees. UPDATE: 7/7/19 — It’s now no longer a bison but still a black micro. UPDATE: 5/30/20 — Because this can be a busy park at times, after signing the log please cover it. I’ve found it exposed several times. Thanks! UPDATE: 9/10/20 — It’s a new micro container. Please cover well.
