Aepyceros melampus

Gracious redbrown antelope. Only rams bears impressive horns.

They occurs in large herds, ewes in a home ground with rams having territoriums.

Highly addaptable and feeds on grass and leaves.

Length: 170 cm.
Horns: 50 cm
Weight: Males 50 kg, females 40 kg.
