Another in the Kid Friendly series. Stocked with tradable swag. No scrambling or bushwhacking required. Plenty of parking on this one, because it's placed near one of the deep cul-de-sacs of a stalled high end housing development area.
There is an elaborate entrance area, and video survielance nearby.
The developers halted construction a few years ago, but the roads are about done so no construction site 4 wheeling required.
There is a nearby drop off to the potomac river, so don't let the little ones wander too far. They only need to leave the road by about 10 feet to retrieve the box.
