Geocache Description:

In March, 1968, Dr. Martin Luther King spoke at St. Paul’s UMC to rally support for the People’s March on Washington against economic injustice. King told the overflowing audience that the marchers were going to Washington to demand improvement in the lives of poor people. This was among Dr. King's last stops in Mississippi, before his assassination in Memphis on April 4th. Across the street is the childhood home of Leontyne Price, noted African American opera singer.

This regular-sized cache is hidden from view, but is finding it makes you visible from the street. You may hear church music as you search!
