This Cache is being placed to commemorate my wife, Sarah's, birthday. It is placed near the Germantown Library. The library is Sarah's favorite place. I'm hoping that placing a cache here will get more people into the Library, and enjoy the excitement that Sarah enjoys.
The cache should be pretty easy to find for most. Muggles shouldn't be too much of a problem, but still be stealthy. There is plenty of parking nearby. If you're lucky, you can park right next to it.
