Geocache Description:

A round container on lower track from open play area on water's edge further on from next water's edge spot on far side of Wentworth Falls Lake

Over on the Other Side The cache is a small black container with room for trackables and swag Inspired by the Seekers’ hit. it is another of my song caches "River river soon I'm gonna be Over on the other side. Water water I just gotta be       Over on the other side. Don't be long now 'cause I'm movin' on In the morning' they're gonna find me gone. Movin' over on the other side Movin' over on the other side, Come on and follow me You'll be satisfied" Many tourists and even residents from the South side of Wentworth Falls never venture to the other side of the lake from which one can get an entirely different perspective with occasional kayaks and canoes setting out from the park  This is a bush regeneration area so please stick to the tracks. From the main track take the left hand  track nearest to the lake. An easy walk to a water’s edge clearing where there are some children's ropes off the trees used by local kids to splash into the lake in hot weather.(Teenagers were using it regularly so supports reasonable weight) Continue along the track past the next water's edge spot where dog owners may throw a ball and now on very quiet part of track little used. Please replace the camo carefully when you have found the cache and make sure it is well hidden. It’s a Terrain 2 because of the number of roots across the track that are hard to see and may trip people but is an easy walk otherwise. Look for the flowers hidden along the track mostly on side away from lake and when you can see the water look across to the reeds and you will see ducks and rails most days. If you like, you can continue further along this main track to another beach or return to where the tracks fork and do the 2.5 km walk to the Park on the other side.I’d love it if you log the native plants you see in flower. Dogs love this lake as well so you might get wet if dog shakes itself near you. Take your togs and have a swim.
