Geocache Description:

Geocacher Meeting at Ukima Park.
Event - 10:00am to 10:30am


Ukima Park is in Tokyo Metro. But this park is special why that bit part of this park is in Saitama pref.
Border of Tokyo and Saitama is not stable because Arakawa River is wild and often changed flowing line of it.
We can check border of Tokyo and Saitama in this park.
Umm, there is the owner in the Dark Side. So we will discuss for dark side cache container at this event.
Discuss about the dark side cache and exchange those with us.

ジオキャッシャー勉強会＠浮間公園

みんなで集まって、黒キャッシュ談義＆飛び地見学しましょう！

ここ、浮間公園は東京都にありますが、とても特殊な公園で、公園のごく一部だけが埼玉県の飛び地になっています。
近くを流れている荒川（名前のとおり、昔から大暴れしている川です）の流れが頻繁に変わった結果、東京都と埼玉県の境が非常に曖昧で、このようになってしまったそうです。
比較的最近まで、境がないなどという状態もあったようです。
みんなでその県境まで行って、どんな感じか確認しましょう。

場所柄、ネタバレしても良い黒キャッシュコンテナなど持ち寄って、黒キャッシュ談義や交換会もできるといいと思います。
TB/GC の交換もしたいと思います。

県境は、リファレンスポイントで示してあります。

あ、イベント時間中にキャッシュ探すのはご遠慮願います :)
