In Northern Europe, the common turkey is sometimes observed to follow a strange migratory pattern, where it flies from Scotland to Denmark, consumes a quantity of delicious beer**, and then returns back to Scotland a few days later. Expert ornithologists say that this event has not been seen for several years, but excitement†† is growing that 2017 will see a return‡‡ of this remarkable phenomenon.
