Geocache Description:

This is a roadside cache alongside the R40 between Barberton and Josefsdal border post into Swaziland.

Across the road from the cache, you'll find a spring which oozes water even in the driest months.   These mountains are like sponges.  They absorb water, then slowly release it via springs like this.  Feel free to have a drink - this is the purest type of water you can find, straight out of the mountain, and there's no habitation above this spring, so there's no chance of human pollution.  However, there are a lot of cattle in the area, and one may have pooped somewhere upslope of the spring.   Ha-ha, up to you...

We used to have a cache here, hidden in the gabions, but they got so overgrown, we couldn't even find it.  It's probably still there somewhere if you want a real challenge.
