Geocache Description:

Keep an eye out for Eagles and Ospreys flying over the water and get a great view of the James River Bridge.  There is an old marker that marked the stairs that went down to a locally built clubhouse that was built over the water before they put the road into the shipyard. 

Your looking for a hand size container "laying around" over looking the water and within "arms-reach" of an old concrete foot marker that led down to the water and a cabanna club house.
