Kennedy park lies along the banks of the Lemonwier River just north of New Lisbon. Camping is allowed in the park for a $5 overnight fee , self-registration is at the park entrance. Amenities include pit toilets, picnic shelter, playground, drinking water, and small boat launch on the river.
Kennedy Park hosts The Wisconsin Bowhunters Annual Shoot. The event offers a wooded archery course, food, drink, venders, and music at the shelter. Open to the public the event is usually the first weekend after Labor Day. Look for the cache at the back of the park too as long as you are this close. I checked on it recently and its back in action.
