This year, we took part in the Atlantic Fall Favorites 2017 (FF2017) challenge. We set out to find as many caches as we could that were placed as part of this challenge, and we found all kinds of well constructed, creative and fun to solve challenges. We had a great time, and it was a refreshing break from finding yet another pill container hanging from a tree.
For more information on Atlantic Fall Favorites, check out the Facebook group.
Jason (jajakeiz) put in a pile of work to make the FF2017 challenge happen - they organized the challenge, ran the Facebook group, maintained a list of the FF2017 caches on the Geocaching website, compiled the statistics and organized the finale event which took place here at Shooters Pub & Grill. Thanks, buddy!
The logbook for this cache is held in a puzzle container - you'll have to figure out how to get it open in order to sign the log.
Do not attempt to force the two halves of the cache apart - if the cache is "locked", it won't open, and forcing it open will damage it. Once "unlocked", it will slide open easily and reveal the log container. Once you've got everything back together, make sure the cache is "locked" again before you put it back in its place.
Cache is placed with the property owners' permission.
