Geocache Description:

A single offset multicache

The Kings overpass was certainly a big kerfuffle during construction. Indeed, they were well underway in constructing the overpass, when they demolished the lot, and started over with a whole new design! In the end it took 2 years to build and cost $30 million. It was the most significant piece of urban and traffic infrastructure to be built within the Parliamentary Triangle since Parliament House was built 23 years earlier.

Some might argue that the intersection is still a kerfuffle! - It certainly has to be one of the weirder designs, what with 5 sets of traffic lights, and that doesn't even include all the pedestrian crossings! (There were no traffic lights beforehand). Having said all that, it is impressive to look at, and I guess that has to count for something!

At the posted coordinates you will find yourself at a plaque on the overpass. Here you will need to answer the questions below to determine GZ.

A = the month the overpass was opened
BC = number of letters in the first engineers name
D = letter value of first letter on last line
EF = total number of letters in the 3rd and 4th lines

GZ can now be found at S35° 17.ABC' E149° 08.DEF'
