Most Cłowy – most w Szczecinie na Regalicy łączący lewobrzeżną część miasta z Prawobrzeżem. Znajduje się na przedłużeniu ul. Gdańskiej przed skrzyżowaniem z ul. Przestrzenną i ul. Eskadrową.
Historia
W średniowieczu w miejscu dzisiejszego mostu znajdowało się miejsce gdzie pobierano opłaty od przepływających statków. W 1909 roku władze niemieckie miasta postanowiły wybudować most zwodzony. Budowa trwała 3 lata. Projektantem ówczesnego mostu był radca budowlany Benduch. Został on zniszczony podczas II wojny światowej, wiosną 1945.
Po wojnie w 1947 roku na miejscu zburzonego obiektu powstał tymczasowy most typu Baileya. Stał on na drewnianych podporach i był mało wytrzymały na nadmierną eksploatację. Władze miejskie w 1954 roku postanowiły zbudować nowy most. Zaprojektowali go: inż. Maksymilian Wolff, inż. arch. Janusz Sapiński, inż. Piotr Kołodko i technik Eugeniusz Szymański. Budowę rozpoczęto w 1955 roku, natomiast ukończono 23 kwietnia 1960 roku. Most ma konstrukcję kablobetonową. W 1994 roku przeprowadzony został remont mostu. Kolejny remont (tym razem nieremontowanego od uruchomienia środkowego przęsła) rozpoczął się pod koniec listopada 2008. 30 maja 2016 ze względu na zły stan techniczny mostu, zostaje zamknięty pas w kierunku Dąbia. Dnia 14 czerwca ogłoszono, że cała konstrukcja nośna mostu zostanie wymieniona. 15 czerwca o godzinie 23:15 ze względu na pogarszający się stan techniczny Most Cłowy został całkowicie zamknięty.
Most Cłowy w 2017r. został całkowicie rozebrany, pozostawiono jedynie filary i przyczółki, które wykorzystane zostały pod nową stalową konstrukcję nośną obiektu. W drugiej połowie maja 2017 rozpoczęto montaż. Nowy most składa się z dwóch segmentów stalowych o wymiarach 14x100 m. Montaż odbywał się za pomocą hydraulicznych siłowników i polegał na nasuwaniu na istniejące filary oraz tymczasowe podpory usytuowane na stałym lądzie. Przęsło poruszało się z prędkością trzech metrów na godzinę. Akcję udało się zakończyć po kilkunastu godzinach. Do końca maja 2017 oba nasunięte na filary mostu przęsła zostały zespawane, następnie zostały zalane betonem. Pełna przejezdność mostu została umożliwiona 31 lipca 2017 na finał regat Tall Ships Races 2017.
Cłowy Bridge – the bridge in Szczecin on the Regalica connecting the left part of the city with right part. It is located on the extension of Gdanska street before crossing with Przestrzenna street and Eskadrowa street.
History
In the Middle Ages, the place where today's bridge was located was where the tolls were collected from the passing vessels. In 1909 the German authorities decided to build a drawbridge. Construction took 3 years. The architect of that time was the building councilor of Benduch. It was destroyed during World War II, in the spring of 1945.
After the war in 1947 a temporary Bailey type bridge was built at the site of the demolished facility. It stood on wooden supports and was weak bridge on high traffic. City authorities decided in 1954 to build a new bridge. It was designed by: Eng. Maksymilian Wolff, Eng. Arch. Janusz Sapinski, Eng. Piotr Kołodko and technicians Eugeniusz Szymański. Construction commenced in 1955, and was completed on April 23, 1960. The bridge is constructed of cable and concrete. In 1994 the bridge has been renovated. Another renovation (this time not repaired from the start central part of bridge) began at the end of November 2008. On May 30, 2016, due to the poor technical condition of the bridge, the belt in the direction of Dabie was closed. On June 14, it was announced that the entire bridge bearing structure would be replaced. On June 15 at 23:15, due to deteriorating technical condition, the Clowy Bridge was completely closed.
The Bridge in 2017 it was completely demolished, leaving only pillars and abutments that were used for the new steel support structure of the facility. In the second half of May 2017 assembly began. The new bridge consists of two steel segments measuring 14x100 m. The assembly was carried out by means of hydraulic cylinders and consisted of sliding into existing pillars and temporary supports on solid land. The span of the bridge moved at a speed of three meters per hour. The action was completed after a dozen or so hours. By the end of May 2017 both bridges had been welded to the bridge piers and then flooded with concrete. Full bridge passability was granted on July 31, 2017 on the finals of the Tall Ships Races 2017.
