The Outer Loop Rd is a 7 mile strech that connects Hwy 89 and Williamson Valley Rd and it runs through state land. No need to hop, crawl under or ju,p and fences. Cache is along some very convienet pull outs. Pretty much a park and grab. Enjoy.
