Parking waypoint is available all year round.
Follow the path from the parking waypoint, once you get near GZ, there is just a short bit of bushwhacking to cache. When the foliage is thick, it will be a little tougher. the rest of the year will be easier. This won't be real winter winter friendly once the snow flies though.
Some years in the fall they have deer hunts. I haven't seen the city do that for a number of years but take note anyways in the fall. The city will have posted signs when/if they have hunts. It's posted ahead of time when they do.
