This is a bit of a puzzle involving one of my past-times. Once the puzzle is solved the rest is really easy. No hills or terribly long hikes etc. The cache is in an ammo box.
The listed coordinates above are bogus (nothing there). Below are six coordinates, there is nothing there either. However, these six coordinates are clues to finding a seventh coordinate. You will need to do some puzzle solving to figure out how the listed six coordinates relate to one another. Once you figure out the puzzle you will be able to find where the seventh coordinate should be in regards to the other six.
There is NO NEED to physically go to any of these listed coordinates!!! There is NOTHING there! The seventh coordinate is the ONE to which you need to go. From there you will get coordinates to the final cache location.

The seventh coordinate is in a Portland park. When you figure out which park it is, find the longest western border of this park. Look for a playground (swings, merry-go-round, slide, etc.) near the middle of this edge. Look under the slide and you will find the coordinates for the actual cache site. From there it will be a straight forward cache, which is no more than two miles away (as the crow flies).
The puzzle is not mathematical, so don't waste a buch of time doing long equations trying to find a link. It is more of a visual thing.
The below clue is for the cache in its final location, not an answer to the puzzle. If you can't get the puzzle, send me a message and I will send you a clue.
