THIS CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES. However, I recommend that you visit them, as they are the site of an amazing view of the OB pier. Once you stumble upon the actual puzzle, it should be an easy solve. You can count how many planes fly overhead while you look for the cache. The final is under the flight path of SAN.
