Geocache Description:

In Arthur Sears Park - level land with a paved path.

This attractive bridge forms a graceful arch across Catclaw Creek in Abilene and provides an easy crossing for the hiking/biking trail. This is an excellent place for I-20 travelers to relax a few minutes before continuing along the highway. Children will enjoy the nice playground. The steel construction required some bolts to connect the two halves of the bridge near the middle of the span. How many bolts are exposed on the top rail of the bridge? Email your answer to geooneoldman@aol.com to qualify for logging this cache. Virtual cache rules apply. There is nothing to find other than the bridge itself and the beauty of the area.
