This is a series of chaches set up along the long awaited cycle/footpath between Gosforth & Seascale. You can park in the main car park in Gosforth, (Ivy League can be bagged there if you havent already got it) and stroll to Seascale where there are several chaches besides The Viking Way ones to get. All caches are within a few feet of the path. A pen and tweezers will ne needed
This is the first of The Viking Way, its a busy road at times so stealth may be required in order not to attract attention. The route to and from Seascale will take an average walker approximately one and a half - two hours. We do not recommend that any of these caches be done as a drive by due to the busy nature of the road.
