Kevintheartist: With all of the road construction, there is not a safe place to park and search for this cache. I worry that someone may get hurt and I feel archiving this is the best move. Once the dust settles, a new cache will be placed.

There is a place to "quickly" park your car but be aware this location is at the entrance of a neighborhood *MUGGLE ALERT*. This is a small container and you will find this cache at the entrance of a residental neighborhood. Please be respectable to the people who live here, even if the cache is not directly located in the neighborhood but really close.
