This cache started life as a Russian spy satellite in the 1950's. A few years after it was launched it suddenly stopped transmitting. Nobody would talk about what had happened to it, so it was eventually written off and forgotten about.
During Perestroika in the 1980's, documents were leaked, showing a massive cover up as to what happened. It eventually turns out, it was abducted by aliens, and used for all sorts of weird experiments. However the aliens made a big mistake, and a small piece of the satellite broke off and tumbled to Earth, landing in woodland near Hampden Bottom.
There it has laid for more than half a Century, But the alien presence is still very much active inside this cache. Be prepared to see some very odd goings on, in and around this cache - The FTF reports seeing a log book from an old archived cache from near Kimble! How did that get in there!
At the published coordinates is some 11,000 Volts switchgear. On the pole in the middle of the footpath is a new white sign with 2 words in brackets. Use these to calculate the coordinates
