THIS CACHE IS LOCATED ON STATE GAME LANDS PLEASE WEAR THE APPROPRIATE ORANGE ATTIRE
The Elf was sick of being stuck on the shelf at home. He put on his backpack, boots, and hat and headed out the door for a hike. He found this beautiful spot and decided to make his new home on the nearby shelf.
A few notes:
1. The reference point is for the overlook in the picture.
2. The background image is the shelf the Elf has made his new home.
3. There is a significant risk for injury or death when trying to access the cache. Know your limitations and don't attempt if you have any indecision.
4. The terrain rating is due to this risk. It is not overly difficult for me at 6' 3", but climbing the crack may prove difficult for those with shorter legs.
5. Please do not attempt in wet or icy conditions as it just isn't worth the risk.
