Geocache Description:

A large nano cache, about 1.5 inches by 1.5 cm thick.

I used to come here a lot When I was much younger. The pier has seen much happen since it was built originally 26th July 1879.in 1904 fire ravaged the pier closing until 1908.To hinder invasion during the Second World War it was partially dismantled, catching fire again numerous times most notably in 1974 during the filming of Tommy.in April 2012 the pier closed due to safety concerns yet reopened recently in April 2017.
